Max R. Goldschmidt, Esq serves as Of Counsel to Salpeter Gitkin, LLP. He focuses on Personal Injury Litigation involving automobile accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Aside from serving as Of Counsel to Salpeter Gitkin, LLP, Max owns and operates his own law firm, the Law Office of Max Goldschmidt, P.A.

Since 2022, Max has recovered over $10 Million from insurance companies in his practice as a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer.

While he was born and raised in Long Island, New York, Max has become ingrained within the Miami community ever since attending law school at the University of Miami School of Law.

During his time at UM as a Law student, Max served as a clerk at the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County. He also served as a Law Clerk with Salpeter Gitkin, LLP where he worked in Personal Injury and Complex Commercial Litigation.

At the University of Miami School of Law, Max took a strong interest in the Litigation Skills Program, where he obtained valuable firsthand experience and skills that have helped him develop his craft as a Trial Lawyer. Max also takes pride in his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

Outside of work, Max loves spending time watching sports and hanging out with his girlfriend and their dog, Scooby.
